What services do you provide?
We provide a wide range of services. Some of our most popular services include hotel accommodations, site research, menu selection, transportation, event promotion, and entertainment booking. We also offer security, foreign language translators and concierge service, etc. We’ll do anything it takes to make your event a success.
What types of events do you plan?
We’ll plan anything. It doesn’t matter if it’s a convention for hundreds or a small intimate dinner for two, we’ll plan it.

How much do you charge?
It depends on the complexity of the event and how involved you would like for us to be. We base prices on three factors: the type of event, size of event, and the services rendered. For more detailed information please contact our office at (314) 503-1082.
How much will my event cost?
That’s completely up to you. You set the budget and we’ll work within the parameters that you set. In doing so, it’s best that you set a realistic budget to accomplish what you want. For an estimate on how much your event could cost, simply fill out the Request an Event form and one of our associates will be in contact with you shortly.
How long after I submit the Request an Event form can I expect a reply?
Between 3-7 business days. We need enough time to contact all of our suppliers to find the one that best fits your needs.
How far in advance should I contact you about planning an event?
The sooner, the better. Some events can take up to 12-18 months to plan, while others can be planned in as little as 3 months. We suggest you contact us as soon as possible to allow adequate time for us to secure the right venue and vendors for your event.
